Mr. Kravitz
is responsible for company operations and performance in providing
consulting services to corporations in the training, modeling
and simulation systems marketplace. In particular, consulting
services are provided in the areas of planning, organizing,
managing, pursuing and capturing new and follow-on government
and commercial business.

Mr. Kravitz
was responsible for developing new strategies and prescribing
courses of action for business development in the interactive
computer-based and video products marketplace by performing
market analysis, developing/revising the corporate business
plan and directing marketing activities. Mr. Kravitz's responsibilities
included identifying new and follow-on business opportunities,
performing technical analysis of competing technologies, establishing
win strategies and participating in the bid and proposal development
process. Additional responsibilities included performing/coordinating
customer visits and demonstrations, coordinating trade shows,
gathering of technical and marketing data, and coordinating
activities with the Washington, D.C. and Pensacola, Florida
offices. Mr. Kravitz was instrumental in penetrating new market
areas including US Customs, Federal Law Enforcement Training
Center, STRICOM and establishment of the Pensacola Office as
well as establishing new products and services for JHT.

Mr. Kravitz
was responsible for the identification, pursuit and capture
of military training/training device programs procured by the
U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. This included identifying/generating
new programs, generating forecasts, marketing/capture plans,
leading multi-discipline capture teams, analyzing customer technical
requirements, identifying and formulating teaming relationships,
internal and external marketing at all management levels and
program capture. Successfully captured programs include the
KC-130 Trainer Upgrade Program, the USMC Helo Trainer Modification
IQC, the AV-8B Radar Maintenance Trainer and the E-6A Motion
System. Other captured programs have included the SH-2/SH-3
Helo Block Upgrade, the AV-8B Night Attack Maintenance Trainer,
the E-6A Cockpit Aircrew Training System, the EA-6B N/OFT, the
EA-6B ICAP and various COMS and CSI contracts. As Director,
Orlando Regional Office, Mr. Kravitz was responsible for the
operation of the Orlando Office and the marketing/technical
interface with STRICOM, Naval Air Warfare Center/Training Systems
Division and area industries on a daily basis (including FMS
managers). Both positions required interfacing with all elements
of the Navy and Marine Corps (headquarters, operational and
laboratory commands).

Mr. Kravitz
was responsible for directing the business development, marketing,
technical direction and day-to-day operations of Allen's Orlando,
Florida activity with a multi-disciplined staff of 36 personnel.
This activity primarily performed training analysis, curriculum
development, training media production, and human factors engineering.

Mr. Kravitz
was responsible for the capture of training system business
from all agencies of the U.S. Government, particularly the military.
He managed and directed a staff of five and provided the technical
interface between business development and the technical staff.
Major successful programs included the PM/TRADE Helmet-mounted
Projector, Air National Guard Aircrew Training, Air Force KC-10
Aircrew Training System, Navy Multi-station Disorientation Trainer
and the NASA/U.S. Army Advanced Cab and Visual System Prototype
(also served as Program Manager on this program).

Mr. Kravitz
was responsible for the developing of U.S. Navy future trainer
aircraft technical requirements to replace the T-2/TA-4 aircraft
in undergraduate pilot training. This was expanded to include
the total training system designated VTXTS, now called the T-45
Training System.
